its to dry the painting but it also serves to create wonder and excitement during a live performance.Its not really necessary though. ----------

Somebody told me that the flame brightens up the painting, is that true ? Also I think the best color to use is glossy color : if teh cap looks glossy, is that true, because the other day I got some paints from A C Moore and they did not say glossy anywhere. Can you put together a video to get different textures ? great work. I do watercolors, but would try this now. Nirlay

When there is a high humidity in the air, it happens that spray paint get fogy. If you dry it very fast, all the water vaporise and painting get glossy look. But with fire you must be very careful. The aerosol is very toxic if you burn it. Regards, Sprayman

Why do you blow torch the paintings? Is it to seal them?
