i want to do a painting of a rough solar system circling a sun, can anyone give me any help to make the sun look like a sun and not just another planet using highlighting and stuff? much obliged thanks you

cracks in the surface...if you use, red,orange, yellow...but dont layer just blend them...and when you put the planet stencil on take the white as if you were doing an eclips, go around it. and then insted of shade with black..shade with white...should look REALLY bright...maby put some rays in

I would just suggest using the colors you want for the sun, then spraying colors around the stencil too...bright ones that work with your sun.
