yeah your right, thoes things really ARNT going to cut it...just rember its your health and what not...its important
i use a 3M resperator...uhh, basically its the really hard core type...not the ones that look like this 
but like this 
whell, theres a rule of thumb that most of us go by, including myself, works great, if you can smell the paint...the resperator is no longer working
look for the 3M or AOSsafty both are great...but i think i speak for most when i say, i prefer the 3M, i know brandon does too when he chooses to wear one ;)
uhh replacements...i think they run around 20, not more thatn 25 a rep. but again, its your health and worth it...also starting up price is 30 bucks for a 3M resperator...just something else to think about...you should use gloves...the chemicals are really crappy in spray paint, so try and not get it on your skin. you can get a box of latex gloves at CVS for like 10 bucks...for about 1,000 i bought one last year...still using the same box
