ok i got an email today asking if i could do something like this for her son

i have never tried anything like this before and i am not sure how to do it. any one who has had any experience with this please give me any advice you can. will i need special tips? should i use any stencils? and any other advice u can give me please
also i am not sure how big she wants it to be or what her sons name is yet, but i should find out soon
she still hasn't told me his name but she said she would like it to be about 5x7 and she has asked for a price and i have no clue how much to charge for something like this.

Ok first off, graffiti is completely different. Dont use stencils unless u absolutely cannot do it. Which may happen since you never did it before. I don't do graffiti but I know it takes a while to get good. Watch videos on youtube and look it up on google. There are all kinds of things on how to do graffiti.

is it just me - or does it look like this was all done with a brush?... or some really REALLY clean masking tape?

But I have a tip/suggestion/idea...
look into using "graffiti markers" instead. It's still paint but with more control (from what I can tell) and I bet you would be pretty safe experimenting with a project like the one above without too much worry. There's a brand called "On The Run" that sounds cool... Montana makes some too...

Here's a couple links:

I still have a lot to learn... but I'm trying.

I can help :) I do something called blackbook which is basically the illegal graffiti on paper. first off, it depends totally on how big it is because if it is too small you will have to use posterboard markers or an airbrush.
