Use Acetone.....You can buy it at any beauty supply store, sounds weird but it works perfectly, and itsn't that spensive.

Just make sure to have lotion ready. That stuff is fine to use but dries your hands out. Some people say use cooking oil, but i find it is too dry by the time i use it for the paint to come off. I personally just rub at it till it comes off.

I find nail varnish remover helps a lot in removing the paint, but make sure that immediately after finishing a painting session and clearing up you go straight to wash your hands with it (or to the shower like in my case, as I get it all over my neck and arms too :D).

Check out a product called "Gloves In A Bottle" at Walgreens. It should be in the skin care section. It will keep the paint from seeping into your pores. Just keep some around for those days when you're out of gloves. :)

I've found that just water and soap work, but the paint doesn't come off as easy and I end up with the paint on there for about 5 to 7 days lol. Of course, I don't end up with paint all over my hands just on my arms or wrists.
