Inspired by a painter on YouTube I saw named Levi. I'm trying to stretch out and combine various elements that I've learned from other paintings. I know my waterfall line is not quite level. I'll watch that next time :P

Enjoy!

hey its good!! One suggestion..the rocks at the bottom of the waterfall look like they are floating over the rocks on the very bottom of the painting...you should layer them and it will look more realistic I think..but good work:)

nice picture, liking the multicoloured stars. I agree with Doober but excellent picture!

Nice painting, and love the sky too. My only comment is about the black in the middle foreground. Maybe yo should have made it a whole rock texture right across, but not sure what yo had in mind. Overall good work!

Thanks for all the comments and feedback :)

I am still figuring out what to layer and when so that objects turn out the way I want them to. It's a bit of "trial and error" at this point until I can fully visualize the whole picture in advance and lay down the right layers of color at the right time and then texture things in on top before laying down the next set of colors. I imagine after I've been doing it for 12 years (like Brandon!) I will probably have a better feel for it. Until then. . . .keep offering advice.

Thanks!
