My favorite one is the last one. Great tree! I also love what you did with the tower. It looks very nice. And congrats on getting back into the groove!

i really like them. the last one is my favorite too, very very nice.if i could maybe give a little criticism (sp?) hah, i would say with the ones with the eifel tower in them, something looks a tad off with the background buildings. maybe theyre a little short, or a little close together. all in all i love them, just a little thing for improvement. very good job! :) ----------

Nice job on the tower, I like the way you done it. One comment if I may, regarding the first 2 paintings. In my opinion the sky is too big to be left empty and you can add anything really to make it more interesting, but maybe you wanted the viewer to focus on the tower. Nice job on the tree in the last pic. Keep up the good work and keep spraying.

I had never done the city-scape buildings before, so I wasn't exactly sure what to do with them... And yeah, a friend request a painting of the Eiffel Tower with it being the main focal point, so that's why I didn't put much else in it. I may try some others, though.
Thanks for all the comments! ---------- LisaMarie

The Eiffel Tower ones must have taken a long time. Paris is beautiful and all of the buildings around the tower are very small compared to it.
I absolutely love the last picture. It almost looks like the tree is holding up the moon.
Keep up the good work!!

Believe it or not, once I figured out how to do the stencil, the tower was very easy. I just had to make sure my background was dry, laid the stencil on and put two little pieces down for the open parts of the tower. Sprayed a thin layer of black, took it off, and then scratched in the "beams" (x's) with the palette knife. The tower itself probably only took about 5 minutes!!

they look great- i actually like the open skies of the first two- it contrasts with the busy cityscape and tower- I'm going to try something like that. Can I ask how you make the buildings around the tower- is it with your palette knife?
oh and I love the moon showing through the trees and your colours- great ideas

Drose8 - I just used a small scrap of posterboard, dipped the edge in black paint and just kinda "smeared" it to the right and down for a building. It's pretty simple. ---------- LisaMarie

there's easier way to do skyscrapers i think cosmo has a video that shows the technique. It is just using a scape like with a large flat chisel is what i like to use and scrape straight across and down at a slight angle it gives a nice 3d effect. I like your trees in the last one allot.Glad to see you posting, I like to keep tabs on peoples journeys.keep creating!
