I had a ton of grffitti paint which I orded and never used because i found it too thick and hard to work with, but I thought what the hell and gave it another go, with some clear coat too this time around. See what you preffre, the new paint or the old, don't judge the new pics too harsh, i was purely trying to get a feel for the paint rather than come up with an award winning design!

This and the next 2 paintings are old type of paint

This was the first painting i did with the new paint, i didn,t use any clear coat, and as you can see from the forground, it was real hard to hack at it with the palet knife, it dried almost instantly

great stuff man! and yeah that graffiti paint really does have some great color to it! I know you're from across the pond and all that so some of your brands are different from ours - but WHAT BRAND IS THAT GRAFFITI PAINT? I'd like to try it out.---------- I still have a lot to learn... but I'm trying. Click here to see my site! Click here for my FEATURED ARTIST page! Also check out: www.MySpacePaintings.com!

It's a brand called Monster paint, they do have a website, although I've been buying it from a UK only seller at a good price, the only problem I'm having is the caps get blocked very easily, any ideas on how to conquer this???, I mean they get clogged within 30 seconds of spray, thats how thick the paint is! Also they do tons and tons of colours!

ah cool - we have Monster here too (somewhere), but i havent seen it or tried it yet. As far as the caps - i bet there's replacement caps available to help with the clogging issue - couldn't tell you a good place to look tho. ---------- I still have a lot to learn... but I'm trying. Oh you are in Europe too? Where exactly? I am currently in Bulgaria. Shag who is in Germany also uses Monster paints. I think he likes them too. Aren't the caps removable? If yes maybe you can try a thick needle maybe? I can speak about the European spraypaints. They are very different than American's Krylon. I use Faust that they got in the stores here. They have much less gloss in them and more paint so they come out rather flat and not as colorful as Krylon. Good colorful sky is especially hard to accomplish with them, I don't like the results at all. I been thinking, everyone does pyramids, OK, that's easy one to do, but has anybody ever done a Sphinx? Use a simple stencil, then add shading on the sides.

I'm in UK my friend, they do do other caps, and I've just ordered them, these were done using slow spray, I didn't know when I ordered them.

Shikey, your work is awesome. Very different from the 'norm.' I like it alot. Great colors and composition, with enough abstract thrown in to keep the onlooker guessing. Very cool.
