Whats up everyone. Thought I'd start up the new board. I know before I make a new painting, I usually sketch something first on paper, but the painting never turns out exactly like the sketch..lol Wish it did though. Do any of u guys do the same? What else... My favorite thing to make in a painting is the ship. What are everyone's favorite's? Take it easy

eh, nah no need to sketch. just kind of, go with it. watever comes out is good. find it easier that way

That's cool. I usually get thoughts and ideas in my head occasionally and I don't wanna lose em. But like I said, I'm gettin better at makin the idea a reality, but it's tough for one reason or another.

YES I DO A LOT OF SKECHING. I DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY IDEAS. ALSO, THE BOAT IS ONE OF MY FAV. TOO!! I WANT TO DO A BIG PRIATE SHIP SOMETIME. I THINK I NEED TO DO A STENCIL MAYBE FOR THAT.

MOST OF THE TIME I'M JUST GOING AT IT AND WHAT EVER COMES OUT IS HOW IT IS.THEN OTHER TIMES I GET A PICTURE IN MY HEAD AND I JUST SKIP THE DRAWING AND GO PAINT IT. THEN SOMETIMES I SEE SOMETHING ON TV,OR LIKE DARTH MAULS CASE SAW MY KIDS TOY AND GOT AN IDEA. BUT THAT'S ME.HE/SHE MADE US ALL DIFFERENT.PEACE OUT!

MY FAVORITE THING TO MAKE IS THE MOUNTAINS BECAUSES IT'S ALWAYS EXCITING TO SEE HOW THEY TURN OUT. WHEN I HAVE A NEW IDEA, I LIKE TO MAKE THE PAINTING IN MY HEAD A FEW TIMES FIRST. FOR SOME REASON THEY ALWAYS LOOK BETTER IN MY HEAD...

Yea i agree with Brandon. My fav thing to make is mountains too coz when they come out like i wanted they look amazing, but they don't come out good a lot of the time so its interesting. I also do a lot of sketching. Usually when i am bored in school i thnk up new ideas and sketch them into my business studies exercise book :)
